《福爾摩斯探案2：玫瑰紋身》是一款圖形冒險遊戲，主角為亞瑟·柯南·道爾筆下的虛構偵探福爾摩斯。本作是《福爾摩斯探案：鋸齒手術刀》的續作。
1889年10月，福爾摩斯的哥哥麥考夫特在爆炸事件中受傷，其所屬的迪奧基尼俱樂部遭到炸毀。玩家將先扮演華生醫生，隨後切換為福爾摩斯，展開對爆炸事件的調查。
本作劇情與前作《鋸齒手術刀》並無直接關聯，但多位角色從前作回歸，包括柯南·道爾原作中的角色，如蘇格蘭場的雷斯垂德探長，以及遊戲原創的部分角色，例如蘇格蘭場的前台警官鄧肯中士。
